What this service is
PermitLead Feed aggregates public city building-permit records (e.g. Austin, TX and Chicago, IL open-data portals), normalises them, and delivers roofing & solar leads to subscribers.
Permit data
Permit records are public data published by city governments. We do not collect the data from individuals; we read it from official public sources and cite the source on each record. We sell the normalisation, scoring, and freshness layer — not any private information.
Information you give us
If you request the free sample or subscribe, we collect the email address (and, if provided, a metro preference) you enter, and payment is handled entirely by Stripe (we never see or store card data). We use your email only to send the sample, deliver the feed/alerts, and send occasional product updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics
This site uses privacy-preserving, aggregated analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No third-party advertising cookies are set by us.
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time via the contact address below.
