Service

PermitLead Feed provides a data feed of public building-permit records for roofing and solar contractors, delivered by email and CSV. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any city or government agency.

Data & accuracy

Records come from official public sources and are refreshed on a nightly schedule. Public data can contain errors and delays; we make no warranty that any record is complete, current, or accurate. You are responsible for verifying a permit before acting on it and for complying with all applicable law when contacting anyone.

Subscription & billing

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. No contract or sales call is required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell the feed as-is, scrape us at abusive rates, or use the data in violation of applicable law (including telemarketing and privacy law).

Refunds

If the feed isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of subscribing and we'll refund your most recent payment.
